Shipping Policy

We currently do not accept any exports or shipments outside of Switzerland. We usually ship within 2-3 business days when all items ordered are in stock and ready to ship.

Carriers Options

We can ship by Swiss Post (PostPac) or by DHL. You can select the carrier you want to use during the checkout process.

General Conditions

Orders are shipped only after all the funds are cleared. We usually ship all ordered items at once, however partial shipments may be provided if there is long leading times for one or more ordered merchandises.

Terms & Guarantees

We do not provide any guarantees on the handling, shipping or delivery times. If a package is not delivered after 2 business days past the announced delivery date, please contact our sale team, so we may determine if further actions may be needed.

Partial shipment

If one or more ordered item(s) cannot be shipped immediately, we can proceed to multiple shipments. Be assured, it will not incur additional costs, but it may increase the delivery delay.

Insurances

If the order exceed 500.00 CHF we will insure the shipment with the corresponding shipping company up to the entire commercial values of the content. We do not offer or use third-party shipping insurances. Some merchandises such as customer's cases or optic may be insured prior to shipping up to a value of our choosing.

Delivery issues

If a package has been damaged, delivered to the wrong location or is missing, we recommend our customers to notice the shipping company or delivery courier as fast a possible. Next, contact us, so we can investigate the issue with the shipping partners.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse any shipments if we think the shipping address is incorrect or addressed to a third-party. In these particular instances, we will contact you and will offer several options such as using another shipping address or canceling your order.

Refunds

We do not refund the shipping costs and/or any additional charges that may occur during the delivery. If the error is ours, we will ship back the items free of charge. We may however charge an additional 5 percent re-stocking fee for items not returned in proper conditions.

Tracking

We do offer parcel tracking through the carrier's tracking service. We cannot be held responsible if the tracking information are incomplete, incorrect, expired or non-existent. Tracking information are outside the scope of our responsibility.
