By ordering on the Circle 10 Gunworks online store, you automatically abide to the terms and conditions outlined in the latest version of this document at the time of order. Unless otherwise stated, all products are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and includes a 8.1% VAT.
Product descriptions may not represent the final delivered product. Slight variations in color, aspects, weight and dimension may occur.
When ordering on the Circle 10 Gunworks online store, a contract is created for the said service. When submitting an order the customer automatically accepts the terms and conditions outline in this document. The customer must be of 18 years old or older.
All items listed as 'In Stock' are present in our warehouse and are ready to ship in normal conditions. In some particular instances, such as with one or more item of large weight and/or large dimension, the handling and shipping may take more time; If this is the case, we will notify the customer prior to the shipping.
When an item is marked as 'Out of Stock', it means the item is not in our warehouse and cannot be bought. It is still listed in our catalog and may be restocked soon. The indicated prices might be be readjusted and in no way constitute a price guarantee.
Clearance items may be sold in new, used or refurbished conditions. No guarantees are provided on the usability, safety or functionality of such products. Manufacturer's may or may not be provided, and in some circumstances may be void. The customer acknowledge that when ordering one or more clearance items, he abandon his rights for refunds, exchanges or replacements.
Items marked as 'Pre-Order' are not in our stock but can still be ordered. The exact item as specified during the order and checkout process will be ordered to the corresponding distributor or partner. If the manufacturer stop the release of the ordered item, we will automatically cancel the pending order or part thereof. The leading times for the procurement of the pre-order items are not guaranteed in any way, and can span from weeks to several months. If usual leading times are observed, the customer may be notified of the new delay. We do not accept partial or multiple payments for pre-order items.
Some marchandises may not be in stock and must be back-ordered from the manufacturer, partners or distributors. Circle 10 Gunworks cannot be held responsible for any delays occurring during the back-order period. We reserve the right to cancel a back-order at any given time, and process to the full refund corresponding to the back-ordered item's price. If the availability are outside reasonable leading times, we may offer the customer the possibility to cancel his order.
Custom and special orders such as Custom Rifle build may be treated and processed differently in accordance to parts availability and manufacturer's warranties. Leading times will be provided to the customer during or after the order process. The provided delays are not guaranteed, and may changes in regards to the procurements times necessary to complete the custom order. In some particular instances, we may require the customer to provide official documents such as an official ID card, and/or a copy of a recent firearm license permit prior to accepting and validating an order.
If for some reason one or more ordered item(s) cannot be shipped, we reserve the right to adjust the order accordingly. We may offer a full refund or a partial refund minus the shipping and handling fees.
Circle 10 Gunworks can cancel one or more order(s) at any given time and at it's full discretion. Associated fees such as shipping fees can be deducted from the refund price. If we suspect an order to be fraudulent, we can cancel it and may withhold the funds as longer as necessary to clarify the situation.
The shipping will be processed only after all the funds are cleared. The customer agree to transfer the totality of the funds as shown on the order total and thus with the payment method selected during the checkout process. Circle 10 Gunworks reserve the right to hold the full or partial funds transferred for an unlimited amount of time.
If an item has been returned in improper conditions (e,g. original box torn open), or if a mistake has been made and a exchange or credit is requested we will charge an additional 5 percent restocking fee.
If the recipient of an order fails to his legal obligations, such as not taking receipt of one or more shipments without returning them in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order(s), refuse any refunds and/or void the products' guarantees.
We do proceed to the full or partial refund in instances where the order cannot be completed. The funds will be charged back using the exact same payment method as used during the order process. In no circumstances we will transfer the funds using an alternate method. For refunds using bank transfers, only a bank account matching the order's personal information will be accepted. Please see the returns and refunds policy page for more specific information about the return and refunds procedures. Some products may be partially or totally exempt of refunds or event replacements. If the latter instance, only the product's warranty terms are valid. Circle 10 Gunworks cannot be held responsible or bound to the terms of product's warranties in any way, shape or form.
If an ordered item is damaged on arrival, missing or lost, the customer must notify us within 10 business days from the date of receipt. We may ask for pictures of the received package or for additional documents such as a proof of receipt before authorizing a return. We can also ship replacement items if there is enough in stock and ready to ship. If the customer receives the original shipment in between replacements or exchanges, the former must returned to the sender.
Full or partial payments can be made using one or multiple payment processor(s). Some payment options may only be available under particular ordering conditions. Restricted or controlled items such as firearm parts may not be available for purchase by credit cards, therefore only options such as bank pre-payment may be accepted.
If a customer ask for a full or partial chargeback with his financial institution, we reserve the right to terminate, freeze, suspend or limit the associated order and/or services if any.
If the customer or website user has made an error during the order process, he can notify us within a reasonable amount of time and ask for the order cancellation. An order cannot be modified once created. We reserve the right to reject the cancellation of the order at our own discretion.
In some very rare circumstances, we may be unable to fully complete an order and/or provide a service due to unforeseen events. The affected customers will be notified of the issues and we might offer refunds, exchanges or proceed to the cancellation of the affected orders.
Circle 10 Gunworks and associated businesses, employees and partners cannot be held responsible in any shape or form of damages resulting from the proper, accidental or improper use of a sold and/or assembled product. Any damage to merchandises or items provided as part of a service cannot be attributed to Circle 10 Gunworks, or to any of its employees. The customer accept that that any items loaned as part of a service, may be altered, lost or destroyed and that no refunds, penalties or exchanges can be requested.
